Flexible studio access for photography sessions, workshops, yoga classes, meetings, creative projects, intimate gatherings and community events. Designed to adapt beautifully to the way you create, host and connect. This is a shared studio environment. Private bookings are only guaranteed with Full Studio Rental.
Cancellation Policy
West Street Studio Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all guests, please review the following policies prior to booking. Booking & Payment All studio bookings must be reserved through our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. ⸻ Studio Time Your booking time includes: • setup • session time • cleanup • teardown/reset Please plan accordingly and arrive on time. Bookings extending beyond the reserved time may impact other guests and may be subject to additional charges based on availability. ⸻ Shared Studio Environment West Street Studio operates as a shared creative space unless Full Studio Rental has been specifically reserved. While we strive to maintain a calm and professional environment, private use of the studio is only guaranteed through exclusive bookings. ⸻ Intended Use The studio may be used for: • photography sessions • content creation • branding shoots • creative meetings Any large-scale productions, gatherings, workshops, vendors, alcohol service, or event-style setups must be approved in advance. ⸻ Rescheduling & Cancellations Bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. ⸻ Studio Care Guests are responsible for leaving the studio in the condition it was found. Furniture, props, and décor may be used respectfully but must be returned to their original placement before the end of the booking. Any damages to the studio, furniture, equipment, or property may result in additional repair or replacement charges. ⸻ Prohibited Items & Activities The following are not permitted unless approved in advance: • smoke or fog machines • glitter or confetti • open flames or candles • paint or messy materials • smoking or vaping inside the studio • excessive noise or disruptive behaviour ⸻ Personal Belongings West Street Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or equipment brought into the space. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service West Street Studio reserves the right to refuse or end bookings involving unsafe, illegal, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour.
