West Street Studio Booking Policy

Booking & Payment
All bookings must be reserved through the official online booking system.
Full payment or the required deposit is due at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
For select custom rentals or private events, remaining balances may be due prior to the booking date as outlined in your invoice or confirmation email.
Studio Time
Your reserved booking time includes:
• setup
• session or event time
• cleanup
• teardown/reset
Please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
Additional time may be accommodated based on availability and may be billed accordingly.
Overtime
All guests are expected to vacate the studio promptly at the conclusion of their reserved booking time.
Bookings extending beyond the reserved time without prior approval may result in additional studio charges.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Standard studio bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice, subject to availability.
All bookings are non-refundable.
For private events or custom rentals:
• cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the booking may be eligible for rescheduling
• cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value
• cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may be charged in full
Studio Use & Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the studio space, furnishings, neighbouring businesses, and all staff while onsite.
Clients agree to:
• maintain a respectful and professional environment
• keep noise levels reasonable
• leave the studio in clean condition
• remove all personal belongings brought into the space
• notify West Street Studio immediately of any damage or unsafe conditions
The following are prohibited unless approved in advance:
• smoking or vaping indoors
• glitter or confetti
• open flames or candles
• paint or messy materials
• attaching fixtures or décor to walls, floors, or ceilings
• unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour
West Street Studio reserves the right to end a booking immediately without refund if the space is used in a manner that is unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the intended use of the studio.
Furniture, Props & Cleaning
Furniture and décor may be moved carefully during your rental period unless otherwise instructed. All items must be returned to their original placement before departure.
Additional cleaning, disposal, repair, or reset fees may apply for:
• excessive mess or garbage
• food or beverage waste
• damage to furniture, walls, flooring, décor, or equipment
• failure to properly reset the studio
Liability
The individual or organization booking the studio assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or liability caused during their rental period by themselves, guests, vendors, or attendees.
West Street Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or equipment brought into the space.
Shared Space Notice
Unless the Full Studio is booked privately, portions of the studio or common areas may occasionally remain accessible to approved guests, staff, or overlapping bookings.
We will always make reasonable efforts to maintain a calm, professional, and respectful environment.
Agreement
By completing a booking, submitting payment, or confirming a reservation electronically, the client acknowledges and agrees to all West Street Studio booking policies and rental terms.
