Service Description
Host your next intimate gathering, workshop, shower, class, pop-up, meeting, or small community event at West Street Studio. Event rentals are available with a 2-hour minimum booking, with online booking options up to 4 hours. For longer events, custom setup needs, or special requests, please inquire directly. Includes private use of the studio during your booked rental window. Looking to add decor and styling? Check out our Styled Event Packages. À la carte add-ons such as styling, refreshments, charcuterie, photography, and slideshow preparation may be available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Event bookings are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Your rental period includes setup, event time, cleanup, and teardown. Please ensure all guests, vendors, décor, and belongings are removed by the end of your scheduled rental time. Additional time must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges. West Street Studio is designed for intimate gatherings, workshops, launches, networking events, private socials, and creative experiences. All event details, vendors, décor installations, catering, alcohol service, and intended use of the space must be disclosed prior to the event. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date will forfeit the deposit only • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are subject to 50% of the total booking fee • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time are non-refundable and the full booking balance will be due Any alcohol service must comply with applicable Ontario liquor laws and licensing requirements. Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permits, insurance, security, or approvals related to alcohol service. The following are not permitted unless approved in advance: • glitter or confetti • smoke or fog machines • open flames or candles • paint or permanent adhesives • smoking or vaping indoors • excessive noise or disruptive behaviour Guests are responsible for leaving the studio in the condition it was found. Any damages to the studio, furniture, equipment, or property may result in additional repair or replacement charges. Additional cleaning or disposal fees may apply where necessary. West Street Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or equipment brought into the space. West Street Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate bookings involving unsafe, illegal, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour.
